Dragi prijatelji v dharmi!

Sporočamo vam radostno novico, da se bo letos poleti odvil tretji del triletnega programa učenj in prakse »Odkrivanje Bude v sebi« (Discovering the Buddha Within) pod vodstvom priznanega budističnega mojstra N. E. Chungpa Gyaltona Rinpočeja.

POGOJI ZA UDELEŽBO

Tretje stopnje tega svetega izročila se lahko udeležijo:

• Študenti, ki so se udeležili 2. stopnje programa Odkrivanje Bude v sebi.
• Študenti, ki so prejeli in zaključili vse prakse programa Joy of Living 1, 2 in 3, ki jih je organiziral Tergar.
• Študenti, ki so vključeni v prenos "Mahamudra Ocean of Definitive Meaning" Guruja Vajradhare.

Ne zamudite te redke priložnost za poglobitev znanja iz prve in druge stopnje programa in za nadgradnjo razumevanja budistične poti ter za pridobitev novih metod urjenja uma. Tekom leta bodo potekala tudi redna srečanja skupine, kjer bomo utrjevali prakse, ki jih bo vodila rezidenčna lama Karma Wangmo.

Struktura programa ostaja v veliki meri nespremenjena glede na prvo in drugo leto in obsega 12 učnih ur in 3 vodene meditacije vsak dan.

KRAJ in DATUM DOGODKA

Budistični center Palpung, Mrzli Log 7, Črni Vrh nad Idrijo

Dogodek se bo začel v sredo popoldan, 23. julija, in zaključil v nedeljo ob poldnevu, 27. julija.
V nedeljo popoldan bo iniciacija Vadžrakilaje, ki ni del tega programa in bo odprta za vse.

V kratkem vas bomo obvestili o podrobnostih programa in predlaganih donacijah. Potrudili se bomo, da bo program dostopen vsem, ki se ga bodo želeli udeležiti.

PREVOD UČENJ

Učenja bodo potekala v angleščini s prevodom v slovenščino in italijanščino.

NASTANITEV

V centru nudimo možnost nastanitve v dormitoriju. Število ležišč je omejeno, zato vam priporočamo čim prejšnjo rezervacijo.

V okoliških naseljih je na voljo kar nekaj zasebnih apartmajev, možno pa je tudi šotorenje na dvorišču našega centra.

VEČ O UČNEM NAČRTU

Odkrivanje Bude v sebi je izkustveni program Budovih naukov, ki je nastal kot del obsežne vizije guruja Vadžradhare njegove svetosti 12. Chamgona Kentinga Tai Situpe, da ustvari poglobljen triletni učni načrt študija dharme po korakih, prilagojen tujim učencem, ki bi ga poučevali in izvajali v vseh Palpung dharma centrih.

Cilj tega programa je na preprost in razumljiv, a hkrati celovit način razložiti bistvo Budovih naukov. Buda Šakjamuni je pokazal naravo uma bitij in naravo pojavov na treh različnih ravneh, pri čemer je vsaka naslednja raven globlja in bolj prostrana od prejšnje.

Triletni učni načrt sledi Budovim naukom treh obratov kolesa dharme. Sledi sveto izročilo štirih tanter, kar ustreza trem postopnim ravnem odkrivanja najvišje narave uma in pojavov. Najboljši način, da učenci pridobijo pravilno razumevanje teh treh osnovnih ravni Budove dharme je, da jih spoznajo preko lastne neposredne izkušnje s pomočjo različnih meditacij, povezanih s tremi ravnmi naukov.

Za vsako raven bo učitelj razložil pogled (intelektualno razumevanje), meditacijo (izkustveno razumevanje) in aplikacijo (uporaba tega razumevanja za spremembo vsakodnevnih navad) posameznih tem v skladu s tremi vejami budizma: šravakajana, mahajana in vadžrajana. Preko teh treh vidikov (pogled, meditacija in delovanje) lahko odkrijemo Budo v sebi.

Meditacije, ki so osrednji del sleherne stopnje, se delijo na dva dela – na šamatho (mirno počivanje) in vipašjano (napredni vpogled).

UČNI NAČRT

Učni načrt za program Odkrivanje Bude v sebi je sestavljen iz treh stopenj (3 leta):

1. Notranji mir
2. Prebujeno srce
3. Izvirna čistost

3. STOPNJA: IZVIRNA ČISTOST

Meditacije, povezane z budovo naravo, ki je osnova vadžrajane, zadnjega Budovega nauka, bodo učencem omogočile, da odkrijejo svojo razsvetljeno naravo, prvobitno čistost uma in vesolja ter izkusijo čisto zaznavanje vseh in vsega.

Na tej stopnji bodo učenci:

1. Odkrivali prvobitno čistost svojega uma in vesolja
   • z naprednim vpogledom bodo odkrivali svojo budovo naravo in izvirno čistost vsega
2. Naučili se bodo, kako razkriti to čistost
   • s spoštovanjem in razvijanjem hvaležnosti za lasten razsvetljen um, z meditacijo o guru jogi ter z učenjem o meditacijah na stopnji kreacije in dovršitve v skladu z vadžrajano.

THREE-YEAR STUDY & PRACTICE PROGRAM
DISCOVERING THE BUDDHA WITHIN

We are excited to announce that the third part of the three-year study and practice program "Discovering the Buddha Within" will take place this summer under the guidance of the renowned Buddhist master H. E. Chungpo Gyalton Rinpoche.

ELIGIBILITY

Students allowed to join the 3rd year of Discovering the Buddha Within are:

• Students who have received the Discovering the Buddha Within Year 2 in person.
• Students who have received and completed all the practices of Joy of Living 1-2 and 3 organized by Tergar
• Students who are part of Guru Vajradhara Mahamudra Ocean of Definitive Meaning Transmission.

Do not miss this rare opportunity to deepen your knowledge from the first and second level of the program, enhance your understanding of the Buddhist path, and acquire new methods for training the mind. Throughout the year, regular group meetings will also take place, where we will reinforce the practices led by resident Lama Karma Wangmo.

The program's structure remains largely unchanged from the first and second year, comprising 12 instructional hours and 3 guided meditations each day.

The event will commence on Wednesday afternoon, July 23, and conclude on Sunday at noon, July 27.
On Sunday afternoon, there will be Vajrakilaya empowerment, which is not part of this program and is open to everyone.

We will soon provide you with detailed information about the program and suggested donations. Our aim is to make the program accessible to everyone who wishes to participate.

TRANSLATION

The teachings will be conducted in English with translation into Slovenian and Italian.

ACCOMMODATION

In the Center, we offer the option of accommodation in a dormitory. The number of beds is limited, so we recommend making your reservation as soon as possible.

In the surrounding villages, there are several private apartments available, and camping in tents is also possible in the courtyard of our Center.

GENERAL INFO ABOUT THE CURRICULUM

Discovering the Buddha Within is an experiential learning program of the Buddha Dharma created as part of the vast vision of Guru Vajradhara His Holiness the 12th Chamgon Kenting Tai Situpa.

For many years resident lamas and students of Palpung Dharma Centers worldwide have been requesting His Holiness the 12th Chamgon Kenting Tai Situpa to create a step-by-step Dharma study curriculum adapted to foreign students that can be taught and practiced in all Palpung Dharma Centers. Following this request, His Holiness has designed a three-year study curriculum.

The aim of this curriculum is to explain the essence of the Buddha's teachings in an easy and understandable yet comprehensive way. The Buddha Shakyamuni has shown the nature of beings' minds and phenomena on three different levels, each consecutive level being deeper and wider than the former one.

This three-year curriculum follows the Buddha's teachings on the Three Turnings of the Wheel of Dharma, followed by the sacred transmission of four tantras that correspond to three gradual levels of discovering the ultimate nature of the mind and phenomena. The best way for a foreign audience to be able to acquire a proper understanding of these basic three levels of the Buddha Dharma is to approach it through one's own direct experience of various meditations connected to each of the three levels.

For each level, the teacher will explain the view (intellectual understanding), meditation (experiential understanding), and application (applying this understanding to change one's daily habits) of the topics according to Shravakayana, Mahayana, and Vajrayana. Through these three aspects: View, Meditation, and Action, one will discover the Buddha within oneself.

Meditations that form the core part of each level are divided into two sections: Shamatha (calm abiding) and Vipashyana (advanced insight).

DETAILED CURRICULUM

The Discovering the Buddha Within curriculum consists of three levels (3 years):

1. Inner Peace
2. Awakened Heart
3. Original Purity

LEVEL 3, ORIGINAL PURITY:

Meditations connected with buddha nature, which is the basis of Vajrayana, the last of Buddha's teachings, will allow students to discover their enlightened nature, the primordial purity of the mind and the universe, and to experience pure perception of everyone and everything.

In this level students will:

1. Discover the primordial purity of their own mind and the universe
   • By discovering through advanced insight their own buddha nature and the original purity of everything.
2. Learn how to reveal that purity
   • By appreciating and developing gratitude for one's own enlightened mind, by meditating on guru yoga, and by learning about creation and completion stage meditations according to the Vajrayana.
