Številni dharma centri so Gyaltona Rinpočeja prosili, da podeli še opolnomočenje (iniciacijo). Rinpoče je prošnjo prijazno sprejel. Po njegovem nasvetu se bo program Odkrivanje Bude v sebi začel 7. avgusta v sredo popoldne in končal 11. avgusta v nedeljo po prvi učni uri.

V drugem delu nedeljskega programa bo Rinpoče podelil iniciacijo meditacijskega božanstva Vadžrasatve. Iniciacija ni del programa Odkrivanje Bude v sebi, zato bo dostopna tudi obiskovalcem, ki se ne nameravajo udeležiti programa Odkrivanje Bude v sebi.

BUDA VADŽRASATVA

Vadžrasatva (tib. Dordže sempa རྡོ་རྗེ་སེམས་དཔའ།) je buda prvobitne čistosti, ki praktikantom pomaga doseči spoznanje tega stanja. Sadhana Vadžrasatve je ena najpomembnejših praks vadžrajanskega budizma, ki čisti vse vrste zamračitev in negativnosti, še posebej negativno karmo in prelomljene zaobljube ter samaje.  Cenjena je zaradi hitrega delovanja.

Buda Vadžrasatva je izrekel sledečo aspirativno molitev: »Naj se z močjo mojega razsvetljenja vsa bitja očistijo umskih zamračitev, negativnih dejanj in goste teme nevednosti že če slišijo moje ime, uzrejo moje obličje, pomislijo name ali recitirajo mojo mantro.«

ODKRIVANJE BUDE V SEBI

Od 7.-11. 8. se bo v Centru Palpung odvil drugi del triletnega programa učenj in prakse »Odkrivanje Bude v sebi« (Discovering the Buddha Within) pod vodstvom priznanega budističnega mojstra N. E. Chungpa Gyaltona Rinpočeja.

Druge stopnje tega svetega izročila se lahko udeležijo le tisti, ki so se udeležili prve stopnje izročila Odkrivanje Bude v sebi, ali pa so končali program Radost življenja 1 in 50 ur prakse ter učenci programa Mahamudra: Ocean dokončnega pomena.

VAJRASATTVA EMPOWERMENT

Many Dharma centers have requested Gyalton Rinpoche to bestow the empowerment, and Rinpoche has kindly accepted the request. Following his advice, the Discovering the Buddha Within program will commence on August 7th, Wednesday afternoon, and conclude on August 11th, Sunday after the first teaching session.

In the second part of the Sunday program, Rinpoche will bestow the empowerment of the meditational deity Vajrasattva. The Vajrasattva empowerment is not part of the Discovering the Buddha Within program, making it accessible to visitors who do not intend to participate in the Discovering the Buddha Within program.

The Vajrasattva empowerment is particularly important for practitioners engaged in or intending to undertake Ngöndro (preparatory practices for higher tantric sadhanas). It is a crucial component of Ngöndro, and empowerment is required for the practice of Vajrasattva.

The Vajrasattva empowerment will take place on Sunday, August 11, 2014, at 2.30 PM.

For easier organization, we kindly ask all those planning to attend the Vajrasattva empowerment to register here.

SUGGESTED DONATION

The donation for participation is €30, and for participants of the Discovering the Buddha Within program, it is €20.

20% discount for students, unemployed individuals, and retirees

The event is non-profit, and contributions are solely for covering organizational costs. Buddhist teachings are accessible to all, so please inform us in case of financial difficulties, and we will work together to find a solution.

PAYMENT

Payment will be upon arrival at the event venue. 

TRANSLATION

Teachings will be given in English with simultaneous translation into Slovenian and Italian.

Anyone needing translation must inform us in advance!

LUNCH

We have arranged with a local restaurant to prepare a vegan lunch for us.

Lunch will be available at 12 PM.

Lunch orders will be accepted until August 1.

Without prior registration, it will not be possible to opt for lunch during the event.

BUDDHA VAJRASATTVA

Vajrasattva (Tib: Dorje Sempa རྡོ་རྗེ་སེམས་དཔའ།) the Buddha of primordial purity is dedicated to the purification of negativities. The practice of Vajrasattva, or Dorje Sempa in Tibetan, cleanses all obscurations, particularly those related to transgressed vows and broken samayas.

Buddha Vajrasattva made this great aspiration of achieving enlightenment: “When I attained perfect Buddhahood, may all beings be purified of their obscuration, their negative deeds, and their dense darkness of ignorance, simply by hearing my name, seeing my form, thinking of me, or reciting the mantra that contains my name.”

BENEFITS OF THE PRACTICE:

Lord Buddha Shakyamuni taught innumerable methods of purification, but meditation and recitation

on Vajrasattva, is said to be the most profound among all.

Vajrasattva practice is regarded as one of the most important and fundamental practices of Vajrayana

Buddhism, and is highly revered for its role and swiftness in purifying negative karmas and

transgression of samayas.

DISCOVERING THE BUDDHA WITHIN

From August 7th to 11th, the Buddhist Center Palpung will host the second part of the three-year program of teachings and practices, "Discovering the Buddha Within," led by the renowned Buddhist master N.E. Chungpa Gyalton Rinpoche.

 Only those who attended the first level of the "Discovering the Buddha Within" teachings can participate in the second level of this sacred transmission. 

Participants can also include students who have completed the Joy of Living 1 program, accumulated 50 hours of practice, and students from the Mahamudra: Ocean of Definitive Meaning program.
